Publisher Description
All you really need to know, is how to click a few buttons on a spreadsheet, save, and copy-paste. When you have obtained your questions and answers, or created them yourself, you just copy - paste them into the spreadsheet, review it, and save it. Quizbuilder then builds the quiz. You then distribute your quiz to a third party.
VBAQuizbuilder software works by accessing the Microsoft Excel DOM (Document Object Model) via VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) to create the front end, which is the quiz, or test, which the user sees, and a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet database back end which you, as the distributor, or the creator of the quiz, sees. You access the spreadsheet by means of a password, which the user never sees, you then enter values into cells and the software builds a quiz from that information. As you have the full functionality of Microsoft Excel at your disposal, you have an enormous range of options for creating an aesthetically pleasing, highly customized, fully distributable product to customers.
The exciting feature of VBAQuizbuilder software is that the Microsoft Excel product is fully distributable. You can make limitless copies easily, simply by renaming it. Although there is provision to return values to factory defaults, there is really no need, as, in the event of your making some error in building the quiz, all you really need to do, is use a back up copy. Another exciting feature is the easy way in which you can enter quiz data, that is, your questions and answers. Unlike SQL databases, in which you are forced to enter one line at a time, using this model, you can copy paste whole blocks of data, all at one go.
Other features include the ability to present a quiz without a password entry box, the ability to personalise a certificate depending on the passmark, and the ability to create a quiz using a splash page with some name, eg, a company name, name of an educational institution, the name of some distributor, or your own name.
